In a first for the UK market, the new GRiPCORE timber-foam core is made up of layers of PIR foam and HDF plywood, compressed between two sheets of aluminium to add extra stability and rigidity. Finished with a signature GRP skin, GRiPCORE is simply superior to anything else currently on the market.
The brand new core composition pairs PIR foam with HDF plywood and sheets of aluminium for a first in composite door engineering.

High-performance autofire multipoint door lock, with smart technology built in as standard.
The Avantis Autofire is the only AutoLock on the market with Kubu Smart Security sensor technology built-in as standard. Engineered for ease-of-use, the clever combination of selflubricating polymers with stainless steel and zinc, together with our innovative bolt and keep design, reduces operating forces to almost zero, ensuring incredibly smooth operation and exceptional security for every home.
Featuring the ultra-secure Doorco GRP composite slab and the energy efficient Optima door framing system from Profile 22 the composite entrance door collection from Emplas combines advanced thermal performance and leading-edge security.
With a highly insulative PU foam core, the Doorco reinforced GRP composite door slab significantly reduces heat loss while an LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) subframe delivers maximum stability.
Local thickening in the Optima door frame and robust reinforcement further increases resistance to attack, while our composite doors also feature multi-point locking, the latest hardware and are supplied in a Secured by Design Specification as standard.
This includes a 3 Star British Kitemark TS007 anti-drill, anti-snap, bump resistant and anti-pick, SS312 Sold Secure Diamond Grade door cylinder.
Our composite residential front door range is supplied with Doorco’s FLiP composite door glazing system as standard. This includes Doorco’s patented Foam in Place Technology. This is factory applied so that forming the perfect seal between the cassette and frame, eliminating the requirement to use glazing tape.
This enhanced seal means that our Doorco composite door range is fully compliant with BS6375-2015 and EN1027 standards, resistant to more than 1000pa in weather testing.
In addition to achieving a better seal, by eliminating glazing tape the Doorco FlLiP composite door glazing cassette it cuts installation time by 3-minutes per unit, saving time on site.
Our composite door ranges are also available with a wide choice of glass side panels.
Our GRP composite doors are also supplied with a locking system that works with Kubu as standard.
The system is built around the high-performing Avantis door lock which features ultra-secure steel hook bolts and a steel compression deadbolt to deliver maximum strength to the centre of the door.

Our Doorco composite door range also features the Avantis ‘works with Kubu’ door lock as standard.
Fully integrated with the Kubu Smart Security System, it allows end-users to monitor the status of their window and door locks in real-time, sending a notification if it’s been left unlocked and allowing them to check if their home is secure anytime, anywhere, from the Kubu app.
We manufacture an enhanced security Secured by Design specification across our composite, PVC panel door, and sliding patio and aluminium bi-folding door ranges.

We manufacture aluminium sliding patio doors in systems from AluK in the energy-efficient system and are also a member of the PatioMaster network, supplying the highly popular PatioMaster sliding patio door.
Timeless and with an enduring end-user appeal, we manufacture and fabricate French Doors in aluminium and uPVC systems from Profile 22 and AluK.
We manufacture and supply the ultra-energy-efficient Unifold HI aluminium bi-folding door which achieves u-values of as low as 0.9W/m2K.
