Commercial windows and doors fit for future homes
We’ve developed a future-proofed new build window and door and social specification window offer, which meets all current building regulations, but which is also prepped for the new Future Homes Standard.
Choose from our range of widely specified low maintenance u-PVC commercial windows and doors from Profile 22, or our AluK aluminium windows and doors.
We also supply an extensive range of new build and replacement composite doors from Doorco.

We offer a carefully selected and highly flexible residential entrance door range including low maintenance and thermally efficient PVC-U, aluminium and composite door options from Doorco.
We also supply AluK bi-folding and French doors and are a specialist manufacturer of PatioMaster inline sliding patio doors, one of the UK’s leading patio door ranges.
IGU Supply
With our state-of-the-art IGU facility, Emplas is one of the UK’s largest trade manufacturers of double-glazing and triple-glazed sealed units. Choose to buy glazed-windows or frame-only supply.

We’re an accredited Secured by Design window and door manufacturer, which means we offer a full range of Secured by Design composite entrance doors and Secured by Design window options.
With our own energy efficient sealed unit manufacturing capability, we can also supply a wide range of security and laminated IGUs.
Energy efficient trade windows and doors
Profile 22 achieves u-values of as low as 0.9W/m2K which means its Future Homes Ready.
Choose from Storm Casements or Flush Casements, including mechanically jointed options.
Fire escape and automatic smoke venting.
In addition to our standard new build door and window ranges, we also offer fire escape windows and automatic venting solutions.
This includes our range of NSHEV (Natural Smoke and Heat Exhaust Ventilators) windows are made using the Optima profile from Profile 22, and are fully compliant with BS EN 12101-2, having been rigorously tested and accredited by SE Controls.
Sustainability
We work at all times to minimise the impact of our business on the environment. This includes all aspects of our operation from working to deliver increased efficiency and reduction in our energy consumption to transparency of supply chain and responsible sourcing of materials.
We are also committed to recovering and recycling manufacturing waste and materials generated by end-of-life products.
This includes the recovery of end-of-life PVC-U windows and doors, which are being brought back into a new generation of energy efficient and low maintenance products.
