Emplas launches exclusive new flush window with
improved U-value of 0.9
Multi award-winning trade fabricator, Emplas, has launched an exclusive new flush window, with a ‘timberweld-option’ to follow later in 2026.
With double and triple-glazed configurations available in 28mm, 36mm and 40mm options, the new flush product offers an improved U-value of 0.9 when specified as a 40mm triple-glazed unit.
Conforming to the Future Homes Standard, the flush window will help installers to meet growing consumer demand for clean, flush sightlines and a timber-like aesthetic.
“The new flush window is exclusively available from Emplas and will help installers access higher-value work, because it enables them to compete more effectively in premium, heritage and conservation markets, where margin is typically higher than on standard white casements,” said Martin Millard, Head of Trade Sales, Emplas.
“Through our own retail-facing business, T&K Home Improvements, we have become aware that homeowners are asking for a better choice of flush-finish, thermally efficient window solutions,” added Martin. “Our new flush window gives customers a credible, scalable option that ticks those boxes, backed by the same manufacturing standards and service they already expect, and rely on, from Emplas.”
Available in Emplas’ existing colour range and forthcoming timberweld option, this exclusive new product will be subject to the fabricator’s strict manufacturing strategy focused on product quality and process control.
Part of a broader programme of product and capacity investment, including new tooling and additional machinery, the new flush window is the latest product innovation from Emplas to help installers win and deliver higher‑value work.
