Get Snug delivers more than 700 consumer leads for Emplas installers

Get Snug, Emplas’ consumer‑facing brand and lead‑generation platform connecting homeowners with installers, has prompted more than 700 enquiries in its first six months.

Promoting the comfort, security and aesthetic benefits of energy-efficient windows and doors, a dedicated website – www.getsnug.co.uk – backed by social media and SEO campaigns, has created tens of thousands of pounds-worth of business for Emplas installers.

“Over the last six months, we’ve generated 700-plus leads with Get Snug, representing more than £48,000 in value for our Installer Partners,” confirmed David Robertson, Brand Manager, Emplas.

Built around a constant stream of online activity, regular digital content promotes Emplas products to a wider audience, with videos from inside the Emplas factory receiving more than 600,000 views on TikTok.

Get Snug’s lead portal manages and distributes leads to installers based on postcode. To improve conversion rates, Snug also pre‑qualifies leads before passing them on, with a web configurator to further refine enquiries.

“By the end of the process, hopefully we’re able to provide installers with the exact product that the homeowner is looking for, dimensions if they have them, and pass on all of their contact details,” explained David.

Installer feedback has already driven improvements to the Snug portal, including the provision of a prominent ‘requirements box’ so office and sales staff can see, at a glance, what each homeowner wants. Integration with Emplas’ EVA CRM tool is also under development to give partners a ‘single entry’ point for all leads.
