An energy efficient alternative to aluminium options, the 70mm Profile 22 uPVC Flush Tilt and Turn Window is the perfect solution for medium and high-rise applications.
Offering the same benefits as our standard Optima Tilt-and-Turn Window, the Optima Flush Tilt-and-Turn aligns the outer frame and sash, giving it a defining and contemporary flush finish.
With intelligent functionality with two opening positions, tilt mode and open inwards for easy cleaning without risk, anti-slam as standard and fitted with restrictors, it’s the perfect solution for medium high-rise applications.
With u-values as low as 0.9W/m2K and Window Energy Ratings of up to A+, all of our energy efficient double-glazed and triple-glazed windows also deliver the highest levels of thermal performance.
With our own energy efficient sealed unit manufacturing capability, we can also supply a wide range of security and laminated IGUs. That’s frames and sealed units (if you want them!) on a single delivery.
We bring increased flexibility to design, with a choice of 19 low maintenance PVC-U foiled and colour finishes available from stock on a 10-day lead time.
Choose from smooth flat finish contemporary greys to period pebble greys, sages and claystone woodgrains.
We also offer made-to-order colours on a 35 day lead time, available with white PVC-U internal faces, or foiled on both sides on a complementary base colour for better looking installations.

Our uPVC window ranges are manufactured with advanced locking mechanisms from Avantis and Kubu Smart Security compatible.
This includes a high security bi-directional shootbolt lock, with Avantis’ patented Mushroom technology.
PAS24 compliant, Secured by Design accredited and with a 10-year mechanical guarantee, it fully integrates with Kubu, the window and door smart home security system.
The Kubu sensor allows end-users to monitor the status of their window and door locks in real-time, sending a notification if it’s been left unlocked and allowing them to check if their home is secure anytime, anywhere, from the Kubu app.
