Emplas has launched its new website, featuring a wealth of information on products, industry news, plus its award winning customer sales and marketing support packages.
The easy-to-navigate new platform www.emplas.co.uk also allows Emplas customers to access EVA and it’s online ord-
ering portal.
John Leary, Sales and Marketing Director, Emplas, said: “We have made significant investment in the online support that we offer to our customers, including 24/7 ordering and real time order tracking and EVA.
“Our new website more accurately reflects this investment, offering detailed information on our product ranges, retail sales support and EVA.”
Emplas offers one of the UK’s most extensive product ranges encompassing, casement windows, tilt-and-turn, fully reversible and sash windows, composite doors, bi-folding and patio doors.
It also manufactures the UltraFrame conservatory systems, including the LivinRoof, alongside traditional orangery and conservatory systems.
The G15 Fabricator of the Year, launched its online ordering system and Window Designer in 2013 and its new Door Designer early in 2015. It reported earlier this year that more than two-thirds of orders placed by its customers were done so, online.
Accessed via Emplas’ Online Portal or EVA, the Emplas Virtual Assistant, launched in April, installers can log-on from any PC, laptop, tablet or mobile phone, to access a secure quoting and order processing system.
John added: “What we have found through Emplas – but also our retail business T&K – is that by the time people are picking up the phone, they have already done a lot of research online.
“Our new website is designed to make that process easier, delivering a complete overview of our product and service offer.”
