Promotion Terms & Conditions
This Promotion is run by Emplas Window Systems Limited – “the Promoter” – a company registered in England with company number 01882731, address Huxley Close, Park Farm South, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN8 6AB. This Promotion applies to new Emplas trade customer accounts – the “Customer Account” – opened and orders placed between November 17th 2025 and March 31st 2026 – the “Promotion Period”. Orders must be placed, under a single Customer Account generating a total value of £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) or more – the “Qualifying Criteria” – during the Promotion Period. When the customer trade account has achieved the Qualifying Criteria, a credit amount of £1,000 (one thousand pounds) – the “Credit Amount” – will be applied to that account to cover the value of the first order placed up to a maximum first order value of £1,000 (one thousand pounds). The Qualifying Criteria can only be achieved once per Customer Account during the Promotion Period. Only 1 (one) Credit Amount will be applied as part of the Promotion. Subsequent orders placed on the Customer Account will not contribute to the Promotion once the Credit Amount has been applied. Any Customer Account achieving the Qualifying Criteria must be in good order and all invoices paid according to any terms applied to that account during the Promotion Period. Failure to maintain the Customer Account in good order may forfeit eligibility for the Promotion. The Promotion does not apply to any pre-existing Emplas accounts opened prior to 17th November 2025. By taking part in the Promotion, all Customer Accounts will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
